You Are Not the Anal Nurse

The Anal Nurse is a very busy lady. She is just about to deal with Gabie when she is unexpectantly called away. She asks Gabie to wait for her next appointment to come so she can tell her that she must reschedule. For some bizarre reason Gabie decides that she is going to pretend to be the Anal Nurse!
